What Do We Recommend?

We tried many online training courses and programs when we first started out learning how to make extra money at home.

Some courses and programs are good, however, not all of them have been wonderful – some have been very disappointing, to put it mildly!

You could very well have experienced the same as we have? It can be overwhelming being bombarded with software and training information!

So, how do you know what is good and what is bad?

We learnt over the last few years through trial and error. Eventually we came up with a selection of tried and tested software programs which we now use all of the time.

These programs are listed below, we use these on a regular basis. We could not continue with our online business without them, we recommend all of these.

Have a look at what works for us: we hope it will help you decide what is best for you and your circumstances.

	My Express Site (MES) Web Hosting and more… We use My Express Site for most of our websites. We get everything we need here. MES is outstanding, they provide excellent support and free training (all part of the package).

	AWeber AWeber autoresponder and email marketing. AWeber is well known, we’d be surprised if you haven’t come across it already. 	Market Samurai Keyword research & analysis tool. Market Samurai is the best keyword research & site analysis tool in our opinion. (We have a few other programs which are not as good.) There are other analysis free tools available which are fine when you first start out but these are limited in what they can do. Ideally you need the full functionality which Market Samurai provides. (It’s also easy to use, by the way.)

	WhiteSmoke Essential English, grammar, text translation and spelling tool. If you are putting up websites, your spelling and grammar must be good otherwise your credibility (and earning potential) will be damaged. WhiteSmoke is essential for anybody who needs help with spelling and grammar so they don’t waste precious time and energy making mistakes.

	Thesis DIY Theme Versatile WordPress theme which Google LOVES! A flexible WordPress theme with loads of extra design functions which you don’t get with free WordPress themes. With Thesis you can build a WordPress site which will look like a conventional website. We’ve used Thesis for many of our sites, it’s one of the best themes in our opinion. Thesis DIY also give good marketing advice.

	Go Daddy Domains, hosting, emailing and more. Buying domains from Go Daddy is quick and easy. They offer regular discounts and special offers. You can also get other services such as hosting, email, web design and security services from Go Daddy.
	AffiloJetPack Have your hand held while you build a site. Affilojetpack is part of Affilorama. Mark Ling takes you through building 5 sites, every step of the way. You get everything you need (emails, articles, headers, ebooks etc.) We have 5 Affilojetpack affiliate sites. Also get loads of other internet marketing training and support.
	Scribe Helps with SEO, link building and more. Scribe helps with keywords, writing good content and SEO and the all important link building process. Scribe speeds up the process of putting together site content.

Hostgator is a large hosting company which also gives good service and support
